Quality teachers are a problem and let's face it, when you really think about, teachers are overworked and underappreciated. The pay is not something that is attracting too many. It is something that has been thrown under the bus. I mean you can study pretty hard but there is only so much that you can do when the teacher only knows slightly more than the students they are teaching. Or even in some cases, more than a few students are more knowledgeable than the teachers. I think that something needs to be done. We need to find a way to find quality teachers and keep them. Of course, there are just a lot of times where schools are strained for resources. Its rather getting to the point where anyone they can find to put behind that desk. It is really something that is in drastic, drastic need of improvement.

I guess the over-all problem is the system - it produces low quality teachers and in turn, produces low quality students. I have been a believer that teachers and are human and perhaps, motivating them to do their job will be a major improvement. Having a good environment to work will also not hurt. You can always tell whoa re the good and passionate teachers from the bad ones (for the lack of a better term. And sometimes, it is sad because the teachers often make sacrifices of their own in order to teach their students.

teachers who are trying hard to teach lessons in a simple way and who are making us to understand the subject is a good teacher.they should have the capability to change the boring sessions into interactive sessions.but unfortunately many teachers fail in these aspects

different teachers have their own 'style' of teaching. There are teachers who strict and embarrassed their student in front of the class so that they will study more and that incident would not happen again. There are also teachers who are soft to their students in which the students will be more comfortable and they'll do well in their studies because of that. All teachers only want what's best for students, because students are the future of the nation.

Hi umesh. Yes, no matter how boring the topic or the subject is, as long as the teacher teaches with such humor, things will turn upside down. And there are also time when, no matter how much you love the subject but the teacher fails to meet you expectations, you start to hate the subject too.. Have a great day!
