Not often I must say. As long as I can still call or text, I wouldn't change it for years. I am not the type who would change phones whenever a new model comes in market. I wouldn't spend much for a cellphone. With all the features that a phone can have, they will definitely cost you a lot of bucks. It is not only the model that is pricey, even the services will cost you much. I don't want to spend my hard earned money just paying for my telephone bills.

I think every year or so. If it breaks / spoils, I would change it. But that, of course, goes with LOTS of scolding from my parents.
