How to get referrals - new idea

Ok it is very hard to get new referrals on our websites. Even if some of them join they will lose their interest because of the small amount of money they can earn.Still some of us are going to these websites every day and we can use a little help.So here is my idea:
Why not paying people to help you ? For example on Neobux you`ll earn 50% from some of your referral clicks.Why not giving him a part of these money ( i will give my referrals all the money i earn from them on most of the websites )
What do you think about my idea ? It will work or you still prefer to have 100 inactive referrals ?

good idea,it is a good way to get an active downline and if u want referrals u can join getref.com as well,it will also help u because someone in your downline wants referrals you can refer him that site,that site also give points for this plus he can convert his earn points to earn a referral.

I have seen a website from someone who has already done this, then i heard that this particular person wasn't paying the new signups. So he was misleading and hence will be classed as a scam. I think that one or more of his referal links were from scam sites so he never got paid so he couldn't pay the members that signed up under him. I personally wouldn't do it.

if you refer someone and pay them 100% of the earnings there is no point to having referrals you will get the same as you would without referrals.

Yes that`s true but look at this way .Instead of waiting to make 10 dollars on Clixsense you can get in the same time 5 payments,your part will be 2 dollars on each payment and you pay your referrals with the rest.So you will make some money faster and you will have a group of happy referrals helping you.What is wrong with that ?

nobbsy maybe it is dangerous when you have hundreds or thousands of referrals.But let`s say you have 10 referrals on Neobux and you pay them 100%.And after a month the website goes scam.How much will you lose because you paid these people 2 times ? Is that a big loss ?

Seems good for first seeing.But I recommend to make very good your calculated because before to receive some extra cash, you must invest in your new referrals.

I don`t have too many money but i can afford to pay them .If someone thinks this doesn`t worth it then he doesn`t understand how things work here .Of course i can give them less money but this also mean less people will join and i will spend even more time and money ...and time is also money

I think that is a great idea, but trying to figure out how you will pay everyone that signs up will be probably be very hard. I do agree though that if you shared the revenue with them they would more than likely sign up.
