Is it google down or my ISP?

Today in the evening I connect my 3g.. connected to internet.. as my habitual.. I opened google.com.. Page cannot be displayed.. 
disconnected.. Opened TV seen a movie.. again reconnect after 2-3 hours.. again same.. I thought it must be some issue with ISP.. so I tried to ping yahoo.com.. and surprisingly it replied.. it replied in timely manner.. I opened my browser.. open www.yahoo.com.. working fine.. open www.mylot.com working 100% fine.. I opened gmail.com.. it keeps loading loading loading.. other sites are working fine.. only google and those sites who are having google ads or something related to google is not working.. is it google server issue or my ISP?

Check with this website and it will tell you every time you have a problem if it`s only for you or it is a bigger problem:

I believe that problem came from your ISP, It happen to me sometimes.
