wikipedia and italy

have you heard the news about wikipedia and italy? i heard that italy was doing a protest against wikipedia because they said that wikipedia i guess give too much information if ( if im not mistake correct me if i am wrong) then in return wikipedia remove italian language in their site

I haven't heard about this. Who ever has a problem about Wikipedia should just sign up and delete it. Since that is why many don't like wikipedia, cause users their can sign in and delete and re-type the answers. I try not to go to wikipedia for the truth. I only go their for help on video games. other than that I search actually encyclopedia's.

Gave too much info on what? I don't understand why Italy shld be unhappy unless the info is supposed to be confidential.
