Adsense on youtube

adsense - adsense that can be seen on the videos of youtube.

Ive been seeing a lot of videos that has an ad in it, but not really the part of the video that you could simple close it. Does adsense in video is different from being a publisher in blog? Do i need to open a different account of adsense in youtube
