Prefer white dress in meeting new people.

I do prefer white formals when I have to meet some one new to me. It gives the other persons a nice impression and white symbolically convey the message that we are interested in them. I do this when I have to meet some one formally outside office. Otherwise I prefer black suit and white shirt to meet others.

Well white dress is a very neutral color so if you feel it is the right dress to wear when you meet people then I find nothing wrong with that. I myself do also have white clothes and sometimes feel like wearing all-white on certain days depending on my mood. I feel very light and clean when I wear white actually.

White is good but the problem with white is that i get too conscious with it. It is as if gives me an obsessive-compulsive behaviour as i get annoyed when it gets soiled. I am not always a tidy person. In fact, you wont see much whites in my wardrobe. Most of them are blacks, blues, grays, browns, and greens.

Me too, I prefer white blouse/dress in meeting new people and for formal occassions. It doesn't implies anything like your mood or support to a party. It is very neutral and it is very nice if you want to have a decent look.

Yes, white gives us a pleasant and good look. It also suits any color of pants or skirt that we have for a white blouse or shirt. And a white dress can also be matched with any color of shoes. Hence, it's good that you would wear white when meeting new people. You give them a good impression that you are a pleasant person to deal with.

Thats good idea !!. But you should be careful until you meet the person, so that the dress doesnot receive anykind of stains :)
