Batter Blaster - NOT Recommended

Ok, I was walking around at the grocery one day and said HEY there is that Pancake in a can stuff. I always make homemade pancakes every Saturday for my kids. It is a tradition you could say. Well, I bring this stuff home, text my kids about it, and tell them Saturday were going to FIRE IT UP! So along comes Saturday, and I bust out the "Batter Blaster" and hand the reigns of the griddle to my oldest son who is 11. With anticipation he sprays the 1st pancake and we wait... Well, this thing FIRST of all cooks out to be FLAT like a piece of paper. (YES we shook it up.) and was dark brown in color. The texture was horrible and it was like eating those pancakes from the 3 stooges episodes. Ya know, where glue or something gets mixed into the batter? So, not to be a pessimist I fire up 4 more of these, put them on plates, and leave the room. I come back to 3 very angry children, and ONE BITE taken from each pancake. THANK GOD I had some "Food Club" Blueberry pancake mix left. I made those, and WHAM all the kids were satisfied and good to go. NOW you can go out and buy this and make your own mind up. I HOWEVER recommend generic instant pancake mix over this over hyped novelty product, which I predict, will be DONE and out of production by years end. Congrats to the makers who swindled everyone into believing something like pancakes in a can would be good. UGH the taste is still in my mouth. I will never gamble tradition on novelty again!

It does not sound good at all! Glad you could feed your kids without it!
