we treat our dog as our little brother

me and my sister are already in our late 20s and we decided to have a pet. our dog, cody, is a shi tzu poodle and we love him so much. we treat him as our little brother. i also love to smell him even though he does not have any smell and i also thank God that i dont have asthma. he also sleeps in our bed and also eats what we eat because he is jealous of our food. how about you guys? how do you treat your dog?

I love my dog. He's like my kid, although I realize people with children will think that is nuts. You probably already know this, but there are things that are toxic to dogs like grapes, raisins, onions, and chocolate. Onions may go without saying, except my sister once gave one of my dogs some onions off of her pizza. I didn't know what she had done until my dog got sick and I asked what someone fed him and she said onions.
Enjoy your dog. I'm sure he feels loved by you guys. : )

hello ambie! yes i know that chocolate is not good for dogs but i did not know that raisin and grapes are too. oh my, i was eating grapes last week and i gave him some. maybe that was the reason he was kind of hesitant in eating it. thank you for the info

hello ralphs! yes our dog is our baby and we pamper him. i cant believe the prices of having a dog haircut and spa are very expensive but then all for our dog because we love him. we strive to have him cleaned regularly especially that he is such an active and playful dog.

When I was younger, our dog gave birth to 6 puppies. And among 6 puppies I fell in love with one. I loved the dog so much that I even buy milk for him, with a feeding bottle. whenever we go out, I always buy food for him to eat. I want to say I treated him like my baby, but I was very young then, so yeah brother would do. haha!

hello loli. i can imagine you feeding that puppy with milk on a baby bottle. that is so cute. i guess those are the things that we do when we are in love with our pets. my sister even takes our dog to the spa for haircut and grooming at least once a month and it costs so much! more than my haircut!
