Fighting and not helping

before i proceed, i don't mean any racism or anything. i just saw a video on you tube about two americans fighting. they were all around the fast food joint, punching each other, wrestling, or just like what the ufc players do. well i get fighting, but what i don't get, is that people around them are just watching. i thought at first maybe they were scared, but must they take a video and laugh at the 2 fighting? now that is insane, they should help them instead. i don't mean any country bias or anything, but when people here in my country see fighting. maybe they will video cam it. but, mostly they will tend to break up the fight no matter how worst it is. did you see anything like this?

There is lots of fighting like that everywhere. Not just here, just seems more because they make such things as the videos to watch. Another problem is being sued or arrested for stepping in to help. Yes it happens go to help someone and then you end up in jail or sued for giving that help...

wait! on what grounds? it's not illegal to stop 2 people from fighting, coz they themselves pose a threat to the public.

That's usual, I mean people watch two people fighting and instead of helping, they laugh and took videos. But, you will never like to watched a video in youtube that was downloaded, where a killing takes place. You can see the guard watching the crime scene and one civilian was able to record the crime. You can see the victims lying on the floor with bloods and instead of helping the victims and bring them to the nearest hospital, people are just looking around and guards are guarding the scene not to let anyone go near or take a picture of the victims.
