I have many post about movies that has gotten no responses or very few and I would love it if more people would go and comment on the movies I would love to have more conversations going on about the movies. What movies do you all like? I am trying to post about all sorts of movies but I am just not getting very good responses. And of course I will always try to post on your questions.

I am not into movies nowadays because there are not many good movies in contemporary society. Theaters are full of Hollywood commercial blockbusters, which make me sick. It seems that all movie makers fall into a wealth trap, even the most resolute director can not refuse the temptation of money. So i like to watch TV series such as Friends, Lost, Prison break etc. Although the most of them are not realistic, i like the cozy atmosphere. It is not bad to add some spices to my boring life. Sometimes i watch the clasic movies over and over, just to refresh my mind. The Shawshank and Forrest Gump are my favorite. Last year, i saw Interception and thought it interesting ,but not entitled to be classic. I wish directors can make more literary films.

Ya unfortunately it is like Movie directors are running out of ideas so not all new movies are good but I also enjoy watching older movies because there is soo many out there. I too like to watch Friends and lost but I have never watched Prison Break I may have to look into that one. Forrest Gump will always be a good one to me and I will have to watch Shawshank because I have not yet seen that one.

I like the movie The Orphan. I know the story already even without watching but I never thought I get thrilled while watching it. The girl Isabelle Fuhrman is really great in portraying Esther, the woman with hormone abnormalities that look like a girl even though for real she is already 33 years old. She was there in the orphanage and this couple decided to adopt her because of her cleverness and she is skillfull, talented but all fashioned. Then when she started living with this family, the crimes started to come out, including her killing the Sister of the Orphanage. I so love every scenes, and I like to include myself in the big screen for me to kill Esther by myself because if that happens to me I will never let her get in my way. I love this film but it is not the kind of movie I will watch again.

Horror movies depends on the Type of Movie you really want to watch. Like, if you're looking for a Thriller type horror movie, I would suggest SEVEN or Silence of the Lambs. But if you're looking for just blood and guts .... Any of the SAW movies will do just fine... LOL

Ya..I'm quite a movie buff..But its just that i'm not getting any time to respond to discussions... I watched more than 1000 movies in English alone...And I love to speak about that.. I dont know if I have a particular genre that I like.. I love films not on the basis of genre but on the basis of its feelings emotions story it conveys to your heart...
