how do i can watch my weight?

i think there maybe some mistake in my topic, be cause my English is poor. what i wanna to say is that i am very thin guy, and i really wanna to enhance my weight, because too thin make my outside look too weak, so i try some way to change this situation. for instance, before supper i will take half of an hour to run, i think this will help to eat more, but i do not know it is helpful, and the way just like this is bad for health or not.

Go to the gym, buy some supplements like protein shakes and amino vitamins, and eat a lot. I think this will really help you.

I am not sure that running helps you : you are certainly eating more, because you have to compensate the calories you lost during your run, but you must eat more than that to take weight. I don't know what you eat, but maybe with a little more sugar -- do you like ice-creams ? -- and fat -- including fat fruits like peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts... what about some donuts ? -- you should take some weight. Everybody cannot take weight easily : I am 52, and I have the same weight than at 15, without really watching what I eat everyday. Like you, I make daily some jogging or a long walk, and I believe it has helped me a lot... to keep my weight.

I am also losing weight at the moment, and have managed to lose almost five stones since I started out on this journey this time last year. I did this by cutting back on the amount of food that I eat, and I also started exercising for half an hour three times each week, which usually meant that I would be able to lose two pounds each week with no real trouble doing that. Even if you make small changes to your life, you should find that you are able to lose some weight, and it really is the small things that make the real difference with weight loss.
