Being a sentimentalist it's not hard for tears to come to my eyes. The playing of a national anthem during international sports events before the competition or during the award ceremonies. Doesn't make any difference which anthem. A story of someone who overcame great odds to succeed or recover, especially the handicapped. A small child running to their mother and giving them a big hug. Films that have touching scenes of romance and friendship. I could go on all day but these are sufficient for now.

As my son put it, "Mom, you and my sister are so sentimental that I swear you cry during a commercial". It doesn't take much to bring tears to my eyes...something good, bad, sweet or even amazing can do it...just a kind word when it's needed...so many things that I can't even think of right now. (I smell my pumpkin pies that are about to come out of the oven and can't think straight right now).

ROFLMAO. It sounds like me. Believe it or not remember that a while back there was a commercial on Portuguese TV that actually made me cry. It concerned rehabilitation and the struggles that the young people went through to get their life back on track. It was encouraging "to tears". Thanks for response. I have already wished you a Happy Thanksgiving I don't know how many times.

Bruce Willis stars in that movie he has to save the world from an asteroid.. and in the end he sacrifices himself for the sake of the planet. Then i found it pretty touching.. if i had to watch it again.. i think i'll be ok with it. another thing... i cry a lot altough i hide it. It's about my girlfriend. But i am not gonna chat in here because she has a user too.. and i don't want her to see this. If you like to talk about that please send me a message and i would love to get your advice. I would love to do it here.. so many people could help.. but it's too risky... please give me a message.

Why are you smiling? We lost to a great team and only 1 - 0. Get the feeling you are either a Portista or Benfiquista. You picked the right posting for comment....although I did not cry when we lost. I'm not THAT fanatic....like some Benfiquistas I know. Thanks anyway. You get a + rating just because I am a nice Sportingista. ROARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

An Affair to Remember - poster to advertise the movie "An Affair to Remember"
I assume it is foreign movie. Is it dubbed in English or would I have to squint my eyes to read the legends and miss half of the meaning? I have favorite movies that I watch over and over again and still cry every time. One specifically is "An Affair to Remember" with Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr. Haven't seen the newer version with Warren Beatty and Anne Benning and dont intend to because I have yet to see a remake that could hold a candle to the original.Thank you for your response.
