Miss Representation: A documentary about the portrayal of women by the media

A documentary is coming out on Oct 19th about the misrepresentation of women in the media and its consequences. It's called Miss Representation. I think it has a great message, and it addresses some really important points about women in the media, politics, and in industry in the US. Although it's aimed towards women and Americans, I think it can be very relevant to men and people from other countries. After all, men's behavior towards women is affected by media portrayals of women and the political and economic climate in the US potentially affects the politics and economies of other countries.
