Diets that work

I was reading articles about how to loose weight, to get slim and I realize one thing that is actually working with me and i always did this way, I never had much problem though but I realize that I've been 2 kg heavier than I usually like, I already lost 2kg and need more 2kg. The trick is slowly and always. They say the fat doesn't come from one day to another, that it takes time to create that belly so to loose it is the same way, very slowly, to take our time with the diet but we feel more when we want to loose than then when we are gaining fat. So go slow, don't give up, work out, sweating is good and don't forget that when you work out you gain muscles so as I was buliding muscles I didn't see my weight go down at all at the first 2 months okay? Go slowly, don't stop eating or the methabolism will slow down as well, eat each 3 hours but with low calories. Keep food with low calory in your house if you fail and attack the food because that might happen as your body will understand the calory is going away so if you can't stop your self, it might happen less and less then you won't feel bad because you ate things that don't have many calory anyway. Well here comes another secret, just don't have things that will make you gain weight at your home in case you attack them. Just don't buy it. I don't have oily snacks in here. I slowly ate them all like one pack in 5 days or more so I didn't even feel I wasn't eating cause I would satisfy the need everday but I don't let my hubby buy them anymore. Instead there are many healthy Vegan low-calory snacks and I eat them. And fruits. They say fruits makes you believe you are satisfied.

Once I managed to lose 10kg in 12 months. I didn't change my eating habits. I ate normally. The only difference is that I walked a lot. Four days every week, I walked one kilometer. I think that exercise was what helped me to lose 10kg.

That is good to know! Even though I am in my forties, I believe in that too. The trick now, for me, is to find a way to mylot and walk at the same time.. I love the internet too much for my own good!

I know dear. I managed the 10kg loss while staying at Singapore in 2003. Now that I'm back in Malaysia where I go everywhere driving my car, I don't walk that often and guess what the 10kg is now added back to my weight. LOL.

All we want to do because of diet is working, but we must need a patience to do it. Like the food we eat, exercise we done. All of it is needed to improve the diet we want.

Thanks for the tips and congratulations on your weight loss. I believe its the power of staying focused too. For me its so easy to stray. Eventhough I dont go shopping for junk foods also, my sisters sometimes gave me those. How can I throw these away when I love them and how do I tell my sisters when they love and want to make me happy? One day one of my sisters heard me complain under my breath, she said, 'Those arent for you, its for your skinny kids.' And now you know who eats up my skinny kids food.

I lost 4 kg in 3 weeks (I think). But it due to stress, hehe. Or was it 2kg. But i did lose some weight by doing these. Eat anything you want during the day, 1 rice at lunch and vegetables, at dinner, same at lunch but I Just drink water if not in the mood to eat. Then walk about 2km daily. And I lost some weight.
