Office issue

There're total four people in our office, two male and two female(me and the other). The office atmosphere is not so good. The other female collegue usually lost her temper in office and shifed the blame onto us. I was angry at this and sometimes argued with her, then she speaked very loudly and said bad words, even wrote dirty words abusing other people in her QQ signature. It was so unreasonably.

wow..I won't stay with people like her.
I guess I need to submit my complaints at the HR and have me transferred to other department.
It's not comfortable working with people like her and will surely give me more stressed than my job.

Yes, I feel blue every day when I am in the office now, especailly I have to talk to her about the job. I think it is not good for my health, both the body and psychology. So if there's an opportunity, I'd like to change an environment. Thank you and have a good day too~

You have to bring the issue to your supervisor or the upper management. It is not healthy to work with an environment like that. Her attitude should be corrected even if she has higher rank than you are. Everyone should be respected in the office, harmony and peace will stimulate a good work output that the management is expecting from you.

Our department manager is still in our office. She took similar attitude to the manager and the other male collegue. But they were always quiet, speak nothing whatever she said. I will learn to be quite and control my temper. I don't care about the criticism if I did something wrong. But I hate the bad words with insult.

really? your female collegue may have a bad temper and is not a educated one. so in the same room, it is quite frustrated to have a bad relationship with each other. and for the worse, this surrounds can cause many problems in work. so for the sake of job and your own improvement in the future, just leave her alone. and the best choice is to keep quiet.
