These years,to dun for debts is more difficult than to borrow some money!

About two months ago,my sister borrowed some money to her colleague who is my sister's best friend in their company!When he asked for those money he said he would pay back in one month.In fact,we also needed those money very much because our family were renocating our house at that time,but we lent the money to him just the same and we believed what he said!
Now,two months have passed!He said nothing about the money he borrowed from us,he never known we borrowed the same money from other one because my sister felt emberrassed to dun for debts!
We havn't sent money to our parents since two months ago!Today I asked my sister to ask for the money we lent to him,but she was always ashamed of doing that!And she said to me:"Those years,to dun for debts is more difficult than to borrow somy money!"

I'm sorry to hear that,and it's not fair for you and your sister.
In my opinion,there's no more difficult between these two,it's just your sister's thought.And you can talk to her friend when your sister's shamed to ask for money,the third one is more suitble for this.You could tell him the situation and the money is urgent for you,besides it's also up to the person's character.Good luck!

In fact,I played with him several times and he was pretty friendly to me!I found him a sincere people!He have borrow much money not only from my sister just for helping his sister!lumme!I am also embarrassed to talk to him ,or I have asked for those money early!

In China,we have a folk adage ???????? which means each family has its own problems.I'm pity with him,but I don't think he did right like this for his sister as he imposed his dilemma on others.If it's urgent,he could explain clearly,not lie to you for paying back in one month.
It's not good for you and him that you guys keep avoid talking about the debt,no matter how,you need to have a talk.Whenever he pay back,just tell him what you think.

The same opinion as you,I think he shouldn't have cheated us that he would pay back in one month if he couldn't do that!
My sister has told her colleague to pay back in the morning,and he has promised her to talk with his sister tonight!
