which way can be best to communicate with foreigner?

I want to communicate with foreigners immediately ,,just like MSN. so,uh...do you have any other ways to get in touch with others online?

Skype is a good way to communicate with others online. I use it almost all the time with my foreign friends and you can chat and call them using it. You can also import contacts from you Facebook to Skype.
