Women Doing Excercises

Its very healthy doing the Physucal excercises. Doing Physical excercises will help the heart function properly . It will help to release all the congested air in the body and breath properly. The release of sweat too cleanses the body and helps maintaining the health as well as weightage of the body. During early years women did hard manual work at home and in fields. The drawing of water without electricity, the washing , cleaning, cooking, griding the ingredients, pounding the paddy, winnowing, planting and reaping by hand labor gave sufficient excercises to women. They had been healthy and full of strenght. They worked as equal partners with the husband. In some of the villages it is still interesting to note that men load the bare head of the woman with heavy stone bricks and clay bricks to build the walls of the new houses and they do the laying of the bricks. Women carry the load but men do not carry the load in the fields. In some homes in certain nations, women do entire work of the house, washing cleaning cooking and even shopping and men earn the money and spend their free time in bars drinking and sipping with their friends. Today the highly educated women never see the field work. When they are pregnant , the doctor advises them complete bed rest. Today we can notice high risk of abortion in women. Women are very frial and weak in health. Some doctors prescibe Yoga excercises for pregnant women. It is opined that today wonen don physical excercises prompts them to be sterile. When they maintain themselves slim, they undergo a lot of risk of miscarriage.

Both men and women are more sedentary now than before in some countries and in some jobs, usually when we speak of the highly educated minority. Most of the people of this world work a lot to earn their daily bread. Woman that work come home to take care of their house and children. You are talking about a kind of country and a type of life that is not so for all the world.

hi srjac0902 as a Filipino i can say that you are right cause my mom wake up early to cook our food to clean the house and to boil some hot water for coffee i can say that this simple routine is there simple way of having exercise but i can say that there are different routine of a mother because some rich people have there own slaves or helper to do there things for them.

Hi, srjac0902: I agree with you that may be women forget or do not need to do excercises because of their busy or tired from working at home and outside, but they should trying to have a time for the physical excercises which good for their bodies rather than the normal home and outside work activities.

srjac0902, I wonder if women of today actually lack physical exercises when they are so much active today. Through my observation, I feel that women of today have a lot in their hands where they have to balance their working and domestic life. So, I do not think they lack the needed physical exercises, they might actually be stressed up.

Hello srjac Yes it is always good to do some exercise.Exercise doesn't mean to them who want to have a good build shape of their body instead everyone who wants to be healthy for life long and have good health always must do some exercises.Exercise is not always mean to do gym.Running is also a very good exercise.You said right that women must look after their fitness.They need fitness more than men because they have to give a child birth and after that their body need power that may come from exercise.
