Know anything about casement windows?

Does anyone here know anything about casement windows? I discovered today that one of our windows does not close completely. The top part of it seems to be bent to the point that it's open about an inch. I wondered why it was so drafty in the house, and now it makes perfect sense. But how would I fix this problem? I was thinking about having someone get up on a ladder and try to push it in so I could lock it, but I'm not sure that it will work. Does anyone have any ideas?
