My Quality Of Life Stinks Because Of The Arthritis On My Right Knee

And its not so much the front of the knee, its the back...like hamstrings or something. I also have terrible cramps on the other leg. What could be causing those horrible cramps? Any home remedies or any advice? I just moved to Florida so i do not have insurance yet. :-( I try to be cheerful but i'm always in between pains and cramps in my legs. Any advise?
