Importance of doing regular exercise!

I am doing regular exercise to maintain a slim beautiful body. Most people don't know the importance of exercise and they take it as a risky shot! What is your opinion about exercise and the necessity of exercise?

well hello my freind Dassodils as per my opinion for exercise, it i important to have exercise daily it will not only lim our body but also will make our immunity sytem much stronger............ but it is good for a limit because excess of anything is dangerous so daily exercie is good for health but for a extent...... means like some people do heavy exercise at their starting that i dangerous it can weaken our bones specially back bone.......... so we have to incerae our daily exercise limit slowly so that our body may get adjuted with it.........

Exercise is extremely important. I think when most people (that don't exercise regularly) think of exercise they only think or the rigorous portion of it. Not really knowing thats not all to it. As far as myself I exercise about 4 - 5 times a week but I vary from day to day. Some days I simply walk a few miles, other days I go fo about 45 min to an hour on the eliptical or treadclimber. Other days I lift weights, not vigorous or heavy just enough to give me a work out. It doesnt take much to stay in shape once you get a good regimen down. Another thing steer away from supplements. A good balanced eating plan will work just as good.

Hi Dassodils: It's very important that you care about your body health. I'm doing exercise everyday to stay healthy and active everyday. I feel better with exercise and I think it's a really good weay to start your day. And finally, doing regular exercise, can health you to be fit . ALVARO

Hi Dassodils! I totally agree with you that doing regular exercise is very important. First, regular exercise for example doing brisk walking for 20-30 minutes in the morning will help improve your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. You can improve your heart because you also exercise it. Your lungs will be able to function well too. You will increase muscle tone and lose excess fats and in the process lose weight as well. You also get rid of toxins because there are some toxins that come off in the sweat.So there are many benefits of doing exercise not only to have a well-toned muscle, slender body but have a healthy body as well.

I don't work out at all. I think its only important if its what that person whats to do and if they are wanting to get into shape. I'm always in shape. I'm thin and I don't have to worry about working otu or anything like that. Yeah I'm a mom but I don't think someone needs to be in shape or exercise to feel or be beautiful.

exercise is good since it makes you healthy .it also releases happy hormones endorphins which make you happy that's why sometimes its addictive ..and also it makes your memory sharper !.. just make sure its not too much or it will have a bad effect on you

I think its less important that we exercise to stay slim as it is more important that we exercise for our health. Exercising keeps our muscles and organs functioning better. If we sit around and never exercise our arteries can clog up and its just bad for our bodies. NOW I know the reasons why I should exercise and I know its bad that I dont but I just can never get motivated to exercise.

Hello! Regular exercise is extremely important and essential. Exercise can help you maintain an optimal weight and can prevent some diseases that are related to obesity. Exercise releases endorphins which can stimulate your mood and make you happier and refreshed in general. It also is a great way for a person to relieve stress. Exercise also promote circulation and keeps your muscles and bones from becoming weak and start deteriorating. A lot of people probably know that exercise is important yet they find a hundred of excuses to not exercise. A person's schedule may be hectic yet there's always time to squeeze in a few intervals of 10 minutes of exercising. This can be walking the stairs, walking in general, taking brisk walks, stretching, weights, few laps around the pool, jump roping, etc. Although it's great to keep your heart rate going for a while but if it's impossible to get in 30 minutes or 1 hour of exercise at a time, doing a few intervals throughout the day is great also. There will be situations where a person is injured, bed bound, or immobile from injuries or medical conditions. But light exercise in other parts of the body can do wonders :)

Exercise is really essential in our body. It not just makes our body fit but it makes also our system healthy. Exercising promotes proper blood circulation and can prevent diseases.

As a disable person I have some move limitations but it doesn't prevent me from being active. I exercise every day and twice a week I use public swimming pool. My record is 5 miles and I'm very proud of this as I know that most of completely healthy people don't do anything to achieve healthy life style and for them is much easy to do so.

I used to exercise a lot during my sch days. But now I don't like cos I don't like to perspire. i tend to perspire easily, even without exercise. Moreover, I don't like e foul smell of sweat. I wld rather take vitamins to keep fit.
