Spam mail offering fake diploma and transcript

When i check my mails today I was surprised to see on my spam mail an offering for fake diploma. I couldn't imagine this kind of business is tolerated as the link to the site was given. Maybe i am just a naive person and I think this kind of thing does not exist in the net.

wow! That's new for me, I do not know that they can do that in a website now!
Well, there are really people who do everything they can just to earn money. That's illegal, hope that can be stop right away. It's so annoying to know about that. thanks for sharing!
