I'm dancing to my favorite songs and will start running soon to lose belly fat. Gotta flatten it and become more fit like before. I'm disappointed in how its changed. What's something you do everyday to lose belly fat? :P

I have tried to make small changes in my life on a regular basis. I started with makeing sure I started to drink enough water daily. And then I chose a show that I always watch (the doctors) and during the time that I watch it I walk in front of the t.v. that gives me an extra hour of walking that I might not have normally got. I also started makeing small changes to my diet and maily habits. Good luck with the weight loss and just keep in mind, even if you don't see results right away don't give up, every little change you make will impact your life greatly.

I've never been very fond of the flavor of water, but I'll try it out. I heard of that before, but kinda forgot.

If you don't care for water look for flavore water packets, just be sure to get one low in sugar and high in vitemins or you can aways add slices of lemon, lime, orenge or grapefruit to your water pitcher(only store for a few days in pitcher) or glass. You can mix it up and try diffrent fruit in it for a diffrent flavor. I also swear by green tea, I like to drink about 3-4 cups a day(just don't drink too much because it can be hard on your bladder) with the tea you get water and lots of other good stuff.

Try out this game Dance Central. It's on xbox 360 kinect where you watch a character on the screen and copy his or her dance steps. Check and see it on youtube. you can dance to the beat of the latest and oldest music there. With all the fun you are having as you dance you won't believe how much calories you already burned.

For me, it's a breathing program called Oxycise! and cardio like walking or video workouts. I know I can't do Oxycise! alone, and I need to move more. I do strength training with weights on some days, but not consecutively.
