sports is indeed good for health

bowling time! - This was taken this noon time when we were at the bowling alley..thats me in the middle. With office mates..we are the red team and those at the back are our other officemates in different shirt color

I was never a sports enthusiast because i suck at it lol and growing up my parents did not encourage me to it because they are worry warts lol they easily get scared of us getting injured.. Well, i never get to play bowling till now, the office held this bowling tournament per department! Now i am really going to play as part of a team..but guess what, i am enjoying it! First time to play and got a score of 89! hahaha who loves bowling? its like dancing..getting to know the step to be able to release the ball well... anyways i end up sweating and i know if i keep this going on its a good way to loose weight!

I am not that enthusiast with sports. But I do love walking and swimming. Walking and swimming are kind of sports, though. So, let's say, I do love sports. And yeah, sport is indeed good for health. By doing regular sports, I rarely got sick in months.. I don't really like bowling though.. Because I can't do it regularly since I can't afford to pay the fees regularly, lol..

hahaha indeed it is expensive!! One sheet here costs 320 pesos! but its worth it by the time we finish the whole sheet we are already sweating! Swimming? that is one thing i also never get to learn sad to say :( i never really know how!

Once every 2-3 months should be fine, but not weekly! I even can sweating by just doing some house chores! Well, several years ago, I also can't swam at all.. I never learnt it intensively though.. It was just trials and errors xD. Thank God (finally) I can swim now

Sports is good for us. It can maintain the balance of body and mind, so make us healthy physically and mentally. But exercise the sport should be done with the guidance of the expert, to be adapted to our conditions. If not, it may even result in less good for our health.

Hi Jazel, i know the good side about sports, i used to do it twice a week when i was teenager. but now i rare to do this because i am too busy to do the household chores. i never try bowling before, maybe i should try it

I suppose it is really good for our health and also could help us loose weight.I think sport is also the most healthy way for people to live longer,meanwhile,a healthy diet could lead to a better metabolism.lol Have a nice day.

My primary sport is volleyball but I too love bowling. Not sure of the steps though, but I really love it. It's a great sport! Also, im glad that you now found your sport! :)

Yeah you are correct my friend. Not only in reducing your weight but games also gives you physical and mental strength.If you participate in regular games it will give you a nice exercise also...

Yes sport is great for health and for our appearance. I think to begin training after day ir two, i think to go to the gym, to go running in the stadium and sometimes when i can get my friends to go playng basketball or something else that everyone of us like. I think that everybody have to do some sport from time to time and they will feel a lot better, they will have more energy and everything will be better with their health and also think thats a great way to spend time with friends and may even with family members.

Engaging in a sport really helps improve health. Not only it does good to our health but also increases our social interest. Sports also improves self discipline and make one a better person. It's good you are into sport. Enjoy it and reap its benefits.

Sports as so many benefit! It's fun, it's healthy and it's social! I just went to a friend's house today to practice a hip hop dance and we were at it for 2 hours straight. It was fun and we sweated so much as the day was so hot and humid but it was pretty fun. Sports are so much better experienced by a whole group of people or friends. Playing solo sports are pretty boring and it's not very fun, that's why so many people love team sports. But it does depend on personal taste, team sports may tend to provoke arguments but solo sports are lonely. But playing sports is he healthiest way to lose weight. Better than some dangerous diets out there. Sports can be quite motivating and it lasts longer than a diet.
