How many negatives ratings in one month is too much for you?

There are several top sellers on ebay that have made many successful auction and buy it now sales, but I noticed that those sellers also have a lot of bad ratings as well Example sellers positive rating of 5,045 in one month, and a negative rating of 40 in one month and a neutral rating of 39, all in one month keeping that in mind That said I think if a seller has more then 10 bad ratings in one month there account should be suspended for at least two weeks to avoid unsuspecting bidders and buyers from falling pray to a suspicious seller So how many bad, and neutral ratings in one month is too much for you to consider buying or bidding from a the seller?
