Do you feel adoption of new words from other languages enrich a language?

Lots of words have been included in English language from various other languages, and every year the dictionaries include more and more words. as a result of it, people from many countries get some comon words in this language, that attract them to learn and use this language. If all other languages in the world, start the same practice oficialy(which is already happening unofficialy), the entire world will have a common thread of language. What do you say on it?
