Regarding sport!

Good evening,you guys! When it comes to sport,some people think it does us good in many fields,not only does sport help people to stay fit and healthy,but also the competion and teamwork in sport give people a lot of motivation to keep going and to push themselves hard,others believe that sport is not the only way to make us healthy and strong,eating well is a important part of making a healthy life. On the other hand,sport can actually be dangerous,many people hurt while they are playing sport every year,some of them hurt very seriously. I know some people even children are naturally talented and only fail in sport field,this may hurt their confidence. I think sport teaches us useful lessons for life,most sports involve teamwork and teach us how to get along with your companions,how to work together to achieve a common goal,and about trust and responsibility.All sports teach us about dealing with success and failure,they also help people learn about coping with pressure and need to stick with training in order to improve yourself,in effect,some sports don't suit some people,but there are so many possible choices that everyone can find a sport to enjoy! I like playing badmintoon ,running,riding a bike and so on.What about you? Have a happy weekend!^_^
