walking is healthy exercise

I read an article that says walkers can have less incidence of cancer,stoke,diabetis and other killer disease. They live longer and get mental health, and spiritual benefits. When my grandfather is in the hospital the doctor said that he must walk specially in the morning even its hard for him to take a step..Maybe 5 meters is good for him..thats why i think walking is one of the best exercise..

Hello bubuth. Walking is a very good and healthy way of exercise. I love walking and so are my colleagues, who take a walk every day after dinner when their housework is done. My wife loves walking as well. We take a walk after dinner together when I don't have evening work. Take care.

Walking is considered as the best exercise becuase walking helps our to move all the muscles in our body. Walking really control all the muscles and bones in our body and it keeps our body fit and thus we remain healthy.

Yes I think it's true in most cases, however there have been stories of people who have walked alot during their lives and still gotten cancer. I do like to walk but around here the limits on that are getting to be more and more as there isn't enough safety in this neighborhood anymore like there used to be. I wish I lived out where in the woods there was a more safe area and somewhere to be alone to walk with no one else to bother you.
