what do you think of facial massage? Personally...I don't know what to say. Cosmeticians recommend it and I started doing it a while ago. I think that I can't do any harm. And as the result of the muscles need work-out than maybe the facial muscles would use a little bit of that.

facial massage is beneficial to the face muscles and help you relax. But you don't have to go to a salon just to have it. You can basically do it at home using organic products or those available in your cupboard. You just to have to be resourceful and you'l have it free.

Facial massage is a treatment that helps achieve healthy, younger looking skin by slowing down the aging process. Massage is considered to be one of the oldest forms of healing. Along with numerous skin benefits, facial massage also provides relief for stress, sinus congestion, and migraine headaches. Having a facial massage on a regular basis can lead to firmer, more radiant skin by minimizing fine lines and wrinkles, moisturizing, and releasing tension. Massage relaxes muscles, relieves pain, improve and increase circulation.

I haven't really tried it before. But I guess facial massage can be relaxing too. Is it different from the procedure some cosmeticians are doing when removing blackheads and whiteheads? I'm sorry I don't have much of an idea about these kinds of procedure. Maybe when I need to try those myself, it's the only time I will learn a lot about those things
