While life is never a smooth road, I have come to the conclusion that there are lots of ingredients that make life worthwhile. While it´s evident that some money is needed for food, shelter, health and education, we don´t need to have lots of it to be happy. But we do need caring people around us, people that we also care for. We need to love ourselves and thus, to have the experience of love towards others. We have to leart to be patient and tolerant and have respect for others and demand respect to ourselves. Sometimes life feels us with sorrow. It is part of it. But if we are surrounded by a lovong people, we can do better.

The realization and acceptance of the fact that happiness isn't about life being a "smooth road". Our happiness cannot be dependent on external factors.

I think life is what you make it. I don't think money is the only thing in this world infact it goes to some people's heads when they have too much of it. I think money is nice to have but I really think there are so many other things that we can do without money like spending time with loved ones, walking in the park or walking on the beach, heck even playing a game of basketball some where going for a walk or a swim.

Life would never be a smooth road, boulders and mountains of problems will be thrown our way and that spices life. It is how we would handle the problems, obstacles and trials would make our life meaningful. Remember, God will not give us a problem or trial that we are not able to handle. As the French say....c'est la vie!

Hi Bula, I don't think money makes happiness but if sure does help the finances out...However, I think to be able to share your life with another heart and soul..nothing else can be stronger,,not saying marriage but heart to heart...good / bad...ups / downs..smiles and crying it could really makes a difference in your like and the others... believe me there is no perfect road..but it can be rather smoothe most of the time...being a giver and a taker makes a excellent sharer....
