the price of house in your place

HOw much the house in your place? In my town ,everywhere is building house.The result is dust in the air,miry on the ground,noise full of ear.Why do they built so many house?Because the price of the house is raising always.I know little ecnomic.I think it weird so many house but the price of it is up .

Here the prizes of the house are not as expensive as in other states I think is because in those states the weather is extreme and the houses have tohave special preparation to face the extreme temperature.

In my country ,ecnomist say it is bubble,I don't know what they so called ecnomic.I only know many people complain the price ,but they also buy house if they have money.

I guess it may be china. The china's economic will be killed by the estate. due to huge of money is poured into estate, the price of house is far from the income of people, it may account for the 70~80 percent of a household expense. most of people have no money to spend on another respects. so other industries have no chance to develop.
