Terrorism

The chances of getting killed in a terrorist attack in the western world are tiny. Yet the media portrays terrorism as something that everybody, everywhere needs to be afraid of. While there are terrorist in the world, do you feel that terrorism and the 'war on terrorism' has been over emphasized or that it is perfectly ok to be afraid all the time? Have you been close to being in a terrorist attack and what happened?
I would like people to respond with their own genuine opinions but with respect to people who may have lost loved ones in terrorist attacks.

I haven't being close to any terrorist attack thanks God, and I feel sorry for all those who have lost somebody in an attack,I don't think it has been over emphasized the wae on terrorism,I think the correct is not to be afraid but to be aware about that and be ready because it happends.
