The drama of Genoa

Dear friends, I write this "sad" discussion by telling you what happened in the last few days in Genoa (Italy), my hometown. Although it was provided with 3 days in advance that there would be heavy rainfall in the "Alert 2" (the most severe !). On November 4th, 2011, it happened something very apocalyptic in the city. Genoa, built between two valleys and crossed by two streams, has been living hell for two days of flooding. The most serious case of this fact is that there were 6 fatalities . For some time the mayor of Genoa, Marta Vincenzi, was bombarded by insults because, for us citizens affected by this tragedy, the likely administrative positions could intervene in time to avoid this disaster. The TV said that the dramatic pictures taken by journalists on the flood, have been transmitted in all the world. Now I tell you my personal opinion: how is it that knowing at least 3 days in advance what would happen, this tragedy has consumed too ? Well used policy speeches on which I do not want speak. Today, November 7, a day of mourning in honor of those (six people) that in this tragedy have lost their lives. For you, are accepted any kinds of comments...
