Do you think social media and facebook etc has got too much?

I do think that there are a lot of people that tend to use their phones, more for face book, than they do for texting people.I feel sorry for some people as i think that face book must be the only thing that they have in their lives, either that or they are worried about missing out on other peoples lives.

I also thought about that too. I think it's too much. I'm not like that. I still spend my time more on actually talking to people than just Facebooking. What I don't like about Facebook is that it has become like a social status labeler. Like whenever someone gets a brand new car, he'll post it on Facebook. Or whenever a girl uploads her picture, her popularity is based on how many likes she got.

I usually don't update status of my life on Facebook and I seldom use Facebook on my cellphone. Those people might feel to express their self true social networking sites which makes them feel better or maybe it is been their daily routine to do it. They are just in to Social Networking Craze. I usually prefer talking to people than to chat or message them on any social networking sites since it will be nice to see their reaction and really understand what they are saying. Personally, It is still better to chat and discuss things in person rather than using the Internet. =)

Oh no!I don't that I think maybe the teenagers do that more, when my son have access to the computer he beging to update his profile, with "going to school" Or "another punishment" "I am bored" but I think those are the kids that do that more than the adults.

yes most of new teens do that. they just got their sense and feel facebooking much time. but since they have grown up, i think they would reduce the time.

Back then, I spend almost all my time doing facebook- and yes, that includes everything I do every second! I even post my works just to get praises but in return it's just that, you are not paid for your contribution to the traffic. Facebook got too much.
