Unfortunatetly, forgetting things might mean that your body and brain are too tired. It happens more often nowadays to young people because of the stress we have in life. I have to write down what I have to do, or do a task on the spot, because otherwise I know I'll forget to do it.It's not necessarily a syndrome, but it is known to affect in the future, so check early on the signs of Alzheimer's or dementia, especially if you have some family history. I found it hard one day to remember my own birthday, I just couldn't tell the year, so, I guess I can prepare for one of them in the future. For you I hope it's nothing serious, but I suggest a nice key stand

I forget and lose things a lot too. Whenever I forget something or misplace an item, I always say the St. Anthony's Prayer. It goes like this, "Dear St. Anthony, please come around. Something is lost and can't be found." It's always helped me sooner or later without fail. I also say the prayer when I need to remember something. He definitely gets the job done.

I suggest that you go to a physician and ask for a prescription that might help you working with your short term memory...

I am still young and sometimes I am forgetful of things. But as much as possible I am trying not to forget my things because When I forget it I really do feel bad about it and I am making sure now that before I leave I will never leave my things and I always keep it with me.

I think you don't have a syndrome. You just forget it. Sometimes we left things and it is normal. You should always know where you are putting your things so that next time you will not forget those. Don't think directly that you have a syndrome. If you think it is getting serious anyway, go seek a doctor's help.

I do not feel that you have the syndrome. possible within these days too many problems or things you should thinking that cause you ignored ordinary things such as where the keys, books, and others because you believe it is in the house. I think put all the important stuff in one place is the best way. :)
