I am currently working at an international marketing research firm which called Central Force. It has head office in USA. But I am doing part time telephone interviewer here in Malaysia. A problem which bothers me is that one project begins takes one month time and ends in 2 months time. Which means I must saves my money before another project coming. I feel bored at home. I usually mylot. Do you think I should take a full time job at least commit 7 hours like office jobs. For your information, I have depression and cannot be tied up in the office and no freedom. I like to go where and when I wanted. I like to spend time at home with mom when the project is not yet begin. What else you can suggest me to spend my 30 days at home happily?

Enjoy the time of your life. All the responses here have been equally noted and justifiable. If you like staying at home and spending time with mom/family, take it for granted. Pick up a book if you like to read. Start a hobby or keep on something that you like to do at home. I am wondering how often you exercise. Is signing up for gym membership possible and not costly in Malaysia? If you want to be productive with your time and maybe earn some extra cash, go to mturk.com and do some short tasks. In this way, you get something coming.

Signing with Fitness First is only RM100 plus. I think I will do it too. Thanks, Garson. Have a nice day!

there are lots of things you could do, the idea of a hobby is a good idea, for some strange reason the idea of learning another language has come into my head, as that would both enhance your work skills and could be quite interesting. and you already speak english well, so another one should be relatively easy. but feel free to ignore this suggestion if you don't like it.

You can accept work outside the home but it is fair for you and your company that you show on what terms. It is good if you can describe what you can do. This is reasonable. At home it is the same. You could take on more education perhaps in anything you like. There are many course available. Also there are volunteering and activities in your community if you look nearby you house that both you and your mother might do together. Hope you find interests that you enjoy. That is so important for everyone to discover.

I suggest that you make a calendar of activities so that your 30 days at home will be productive and fun. I just bought me and my friend a colorful calendar thingy with designs in it so that we can write activities on each day. 30 days is a lot of time and you can do a lot of things like exercise, learn a new recipe, gardening, cleaning your room, hang out with friends and etc.. It is not necessary to follow your calendar of activities. It just serves as a guide and at least you wake up everyday with activities to await. Hope it helps. ^_^

I personally think that you need a hobby. Not to say that you have to forget all your problems and drown yourself in it but this personally has helped me out alot. I run in the mornings to get rid of all my tension and anger. What do you like doing?

You can work out, dance to the music or just listen to it, learn to play an instrument, chat with your friends online or call a friend you have not been in touch with for a long time, watch television, cook something new, do sports! hang out with friends, visit your relatives, go on dates, there are many things you can do!
