Anybody making money with Squidoo? Other paid to write sites?

I heard so many positive things about triond specially that's legit!
I have 3 articles currently but i get like 10 views a month, so it's highly low. Others get 10 views in one hour lol.! But i don't really use that site or make an effort so it's not the sites faul only mine Lol.
About squidoo i'm bearly startimng with it so i will be posting to see if i get good results. !

I have been paid by Triond, I have about thirty articles there and make about a dollar a month. More if I promote. It's easy to write a short article for triond, anda nything is accepted, so its a nice site
I hate Squidoo. You have to be ranked in the top 20% to be paid a penny. everyone else just makes no money. If you publish a lens, it sits there in 500,000th place and only moves up when people comment on it or view it or rate it up. But if you get only a couple of hits, it will NEVER move up. You don't get paid by views like with Triond. The way Squidoo works is that all the money they make goes into a pool and the pool is divided among their top writers who are top rated, and the other writers get nothing. I think that's a rip off. I want to get paid for my work.

One online writing site that I have been writing is Review Stream. That is a site where you can write brief revies on a variety of topics, things you come across in your day-to-day activities, shopping, restaurants, movies, travel, hotels, and so on, and get paid when the revies submitted is approved.

Review stream is great but they have an insanely high mimimum payout- 50 dollars, and each review only gets you 40 cents. So you see how much work you have to do to see any money? I have been paid by them four times so I know they are legit, but when they lowered their payments that last time I just gave up on them. I dont' want to have to write 250 or so reviews before I'm paid. PLus they are making you write longer and longer review. When I first joined you could write a 200 word review and be accepted. Now it has to be over 400 words long. And writing 400 words x 125 before you can get paid is just crazy.

I have made around $40 from Squidoo and still making. of course it includes few sales like one laptop, couple of HDMI cables and other things. I am also earning from triond but its all in cents; 50-60 cents a month.

Squidoo is great if you want to create mini-sites. That's what many affiliate marketers do to pre-sell their affiliate products. I'm a member but my only lens which I created last year has been deleted. I guess because it was in my native language. I thought Squidoo allows that but apparently they've changed their TOS.

I am relatively new to the writing sites. I got a lot of help from mylotters when I first began and still do.
I have created four lenses on Squidoo but have not yet earned one penny even though I have gotten views and likes. I go there less and less. It is a lot of work to create a lens. Some persons are doing real well on Squidoo. I am not one of them.
I am having a small success with Triond. I have earned a small amount of money but not yet enough for the 50 cents cashout. You need to publish a lot on Triond like 100 articles. I am working on it. I have about 10 articles published now and have earned maybe 10 cents. Not very much but it is very easy to publish on Triond. That I like. And the articles stay on the site forever.
The site that works best for me is Associated Content. i recommend it for a beginner. I have received some upfront payments totaling almost $18. I have about 10 or 11 articles published on AC and have had over 700 views total. When I reach 1,000, I will get $1.50.

I don't know about squidoo but I know about Triond because I am currently active on this website only. Though I joined squidoo sometimes back but haven't made any lens because I didn't liked it. It was very complicated. So I went with triond and till today I have only written 5 articles because I have recently joined it also they show up that I have $0.01 in my account. But the earnings are not increasing I don't know why.
