How to start a good discussion on mylot

I am fresh member in this site and I would like to start a good discussion. Could you help me about what kind of topics interest others? For instance, I desire to study abroad for Phd or master science. How could I make this topic interesting for other people to reply?

Just in case you are thinking that you will earn when others respond to your discussions, please allow me to point out that YOU will only earn if YOU comment on the responses with quality comments that further the topic. YOU only earn for your own participation, not for that of others.
Have you checked this page:

Those are someof the busiest Lotters and if youcheck their profiles and their started discussions you will see what they do when creating a topic and then to keep it going aftyerwards too.
Each time a topic receives new activity, a response or a comment, it moves to the top of the lists and others will see it and join in. Youthen have more opportunities to add more comments to those responses, and therefore earn more too.
Don't be in a hurry to start new topics. you will earn if you participate in those started by others, adding responses and comments.

. tkarabulut, if you follow mydianait´s advises you will always get the best advise. I think that in my experience, after I read the rules and reread them over a period of time, the best way to learn was to answer other posts from my interests and reading how others were doing.

I think you should add the topics first what interests you. If you will try to post in other interests which is not your interest you will surely loose your online personality. Discussion will automatically get ranked if there something which is best in it.

Go to your profile and place there all your interests. Or at least, all the interests you think you have. Some are allready there and you can add them, others you can make. But you will have more responses if you use the interests that other people check and thn you can comment on their answers. Education could be a goog, general title for a post like that, to begin with. Luck and welcome to mylot!
