the whole world, especially those who loves boxing, knows about manny "pacman" pacquiao's fight today..and just a few minutes ago, the fight ended and he won.. here in the philippines, almost every fight of pacquiao is like a holiday..everybody stops their work..they are glued on the seats..whether one can afford to watch live streaming in a restaurant, hotel or cinema mall or is contented with their cable television or even on a late telecast, it is still the same..it's like fiesta..everybody's talking about it..many even prepare food and drinks for the fight..maybe that's how filipinos support pacquiao..and whether he wins or not, filipinos are always affected with the result of the fight.. how about you in your country, do you do the same thing as we filipinos do?

I agree with you. Everybody is watching the fight. They stop on their work and watch Manny Pacquiao on tv. Everybody gets excited. You can only see few people in the streets.

Well, for me, I am not crazy about those boxing fight though. I might watch if my family watch, or my friends watch too. But to talk about it or make a big discussion about it, I probably won't do that. I might have other interest other than boxing though.

well, Filipinos really love boxing. maybe because it is one of the few games where we excel internationally. we do this type of gathering during major boxing fights. not only with pacquiao's matches but with other Filipino boxers too.

Yeah Manny Pacquiao always wins. Every single Filipino has so much faith in him in bringing honor to our country, and Pacquiao never let us down. I am thankful for him, because of him, other countries have recognized us again. Anyway, I was kind of disappointed with their fight. It would have been so much better if he had knocked down Marquez. But winning through descision is still winning so I'm good with that. I hope Pacquiao would bring more honor to our country through boxing. PS: Manny, leave politics. Stick with boxing. This is where you are good at.

I agree. Filipinos are like celebrating their birthday whenever Pacman has a fight. I undertand just how proud we are considering that it rare to have a Filipino recognized by the entire world the same way Pacquiao is. We celebrate because we know that Pacquiao is doing this to make us proud and to make a mark in the world for a Filipino. I just wish him all the best and that he may continue his attitude of being down to earth.

i have heard that he won the game... i was shocked though!he won! i think that marquez did have a good fight... but i was thinking that does he did a good fight... may be not for the guy looks like a tomato. i hope that he will be ok though, he did took a hard blows on his face... poor guy. i just hope that they have a better job than boxing... well i am afraid that they might end up like Z gomez that had a head injury.
