Do you think men should wear pink and why or why not?

I think it's fine. People should wear what they want in my opinion.

i share the same opinion coz i don't see anything wrong with it. however, most guys i know tend to be sensitive to this color and find it effeminate :)

I have a pink phobia too. It clashes with my yellow polka dot bikini!

i love a man who is comfortable with his sexuality and gender. wearing pink will not necessarily make a man less of a man.. i want a man who will be comfortable even if he wears a lady's shirt. my boyfriend wears my undies and is not at all shy about it. in fact he shows it off to me and if i am not with him, he tells me he's wearing my undies

That's cool. I don't know if I'd want my man stretching out my panties, but whatever works for ya. Thank you so much for stopping by and congratulate that secure man of yours. PS: You have been rated. :)

I don't see anything wrong with it, but my husband wouldn't wear pink, if I wanted him too.

Mine won't either, the stubborn guy, lol. I bought him a red oxford shirt and he swears it's pink and won't wear it. Silly, huh? Thank you for your response. You have been rated.

I agree. People should just wear what they want. Be themselves. A fav. rocker of mine always wears pink eye shadow, and i think its sexy.

I think a pink shirt is o.k. on a man. As long as he doesnt over do it like a full pink wardrobe.

It really doesn't matter to me. I think that people should wear whatever they want. In today's world, the color of a man's shirt is the least of my worries.

Yeah, it seems brighter colors and ones that are traditionally "less manly" are becoming fashionable. People have to remember they aren't in high school any more and if you like a color, go ahead and wear it.

I think people should be able to wear whatever color they want. It should be up to the guy. If he feels comfortable wearing it then it should be fine!

I see nothing wrong with pink, I myself have 2 pink dress shirts, not full-on pink, but a lighter shade.

I think it's just something that is up to your fashion... Personally I don't wear pink anything, but I've noticed that bigger (muscle) men wear pink more... I think that since they are more intimidating maybe it's easier for them to wear it... I do have a pink tie by the way!

That reminded me of a man my husband once knew. Wore a teddy bear on his shirt collar just to see if anyone wanted to pick a fight. LOL, musclemen in pink t-shirts gotta be thinking along those lines...i mean, what are the odds anyone will say anything to them about it? LMAO

lol, one of the biggest guys I know wears this fruity pink jacket sometimes, and I'd love to see anyone try to say anything negative about it! I'm sure he'd show them some of his Jujitsu moves lol!

I think, depending on the guy wearing it, shade of pink, the style of what he's wearing and if he can get away with it, that he should go for it. I've seen some nicely-dressed men at clubs wearing tasteful pink shirts, maybe all pink or just with a hint of pink pinstripes, and they looked great, if not sexy. I guess the person's overall confidence depends on it too, and whether or not he looks comfortable wearing it. A pinstriped shirt that's pink or has a hint of pink can can actually look pretty hot with the right pants (black, for isntance). It's rebelious, which I kind of like lol. I personally hate pink and refuse to wear it lol, but to each their own.

You make some excellent points. Individual characteristics and taste should have a say in any color that anyone wears. You do make some convincing arguments to get a man to wear pink, but I don't think it's going to work on my husband, lol. Thank you for your insights.

I don't see nothing wrong with it if they like the way they get dressed but for me I don't like it much, I don't mind if it's pink but if it's flourescent pink then I think it doesn't fit at all to a man, but it depends on peoples preferences.

i don't see something wrong with aguy wearing a pink shirt.. this is free world and each of us has its free will , to o waht we want to.. to wear what we want to wear and everything... and i find a guy wearing pink is cute... and there's no such rule that only girls canwear pink.. right? guys in are place wears pink and i find them cute.. and it doesn't mean that when they wear pink, they're already a gay, it's not true.... just keep wearing what you want to! good day!

It depends. Male or female, if the person has yellowish skin highlights (not just Asianas, anyone with yellow overtones) o the skin it just doesn't look right. My skin is a bit less than olive colored with honeytone yellow accents. This means I can wear most colors but pink looks sick on me and I never wear it. I can pull off coral but not rose, jade but not lime, etc.

Should makes it sound like they have to, but I do think that if they want to they should not be ridiculed for doing so, I have a few pink shirts and ties I wear occasionaly and I don't seem to have a problem.

I totally agree, and made this post in hopes of making a point to my own macho guys (hubs & sons) at home, but it appears that some people still feel this way. Personally, I think pink is no different than any color: Either it looks good on ya or it don't (man or woman) Know what I mean? Thanks for stopping by and using your voice!
