Yes. If they do the crime, they should serve the time.

If they did the crime and the judgement fits the crime - than absolutely!!!!

If they commit a crime then yes they should be put in jail. Women fought for equal rights and that what we get.

Why shouldn't they? Then again, why should they? Just because they are women? Seems a rather poor way to begin a discussion, leaving it to your responders to come up with the criteria for pro and con. Anyone who commits a crime should have to face the same possible consequences as anyone else.
