and I have no idea what to cook lol. This will be out 2nd year of starting the stay at home and cook as a family tradition. I know for sure we will have Ham! I thought maybe potato salad and mac salad but last year the mac salad didnt turn out to well (Im still kinda exploring with cooking) but feel I will get there eventually. What are your favorite things to eat for thanksgiving?

Our family always does some ham and a turkey. We always have gravy, mashed potatoes and corn, a friend green bean casserole, stuffing, cranberry sauce and this strawberry jello deseret thing my Dad makes. We then will complete it with pumpkin, cherry and apples pies with whipped cream and drinks ; } I've not always been a big fan of Thanksgiving myself. The foods are boring but over the years I've grown to look forward to it. I prefer to have home made macarooni and cheese as a side dish too.

Ribs are one of my favorites. My husband marinates, boils, and then puts them on the grill. Yum! They turn out great. Makes me wish he was home everyday.
