I mean really! Sharon, Sharon, Sharon! Victor foams at the mouth about her..she literally does not wrong...she is the most perfect person since he himself! Why is that? Does he have a secret passion for her? I know she was his DIL for years, mother to his grand children...but then again..so has Phyliss! And Victor doesn't treat Phil like a queened-princess! The guy was willing to take the chance of going to jail on purjury to "save" Sharon...what the heck is up with that?! She is the only one in town that he hasn't been married to....wonder if they are going to put them together? How gross that would be, but in the soapy world...one never knows! What are your comments on this?

Sharon is softer than Phyl. plus Sharon brings out thew Knight in Shiny Armor in a guy. And I think Victor sees Nikki in Sharon. Remember Nik was Pretty , down to earth , smart blonde too. So he sees Sharon as the perfect match for his son. But The writers can be That sick and put them together.

To me, her bringing out the "knight in shiney armour" in a guy is nothing more than a "poor little ol me" attitude she constantly displays and they all fall for it. All that character does is find a man with money and live off his money! She never works, never will have to work, never will want to work, does nothing with herself but find a man to sleep with and live off his money! I remember Niki yeah, pretty...down to earth? no, don't remmber that being a qualify in Niki, just a average kind of girl that grew up learning street smarts. Smart blonde? No, not that either. THey made Niki that way...went from a pole dancer to wife of a millionaire, to a divorced wife of a millionaire with a CEO job of a major corporation. Notice there was no mention of an education to run such a company! But I like Niki...except when they made her so stupid with the Deacon thing recently. But that's just bad writers! Sharon, yes pretty, but not down to earth...she thinks she floats on earth! And smart blonde? I guess you could say it is smart of her to find a wealthy man to live off of instead of working your own way..smart in a lazy self-righteous way! GOod grief, she's got the whole town praising her and bowing at her feet! And for what? night in the sack? Notice she doesn't have to many Female friends! I hope they don't put them together, that would be gross, but at the same time...stop it already, PLEASE!!!

Being street smart Is being smart in my book. Not everyone that makes it Goes or Stays in college , Dare I say Bill Gates! As for down to earth I meant a meat and potatoes type of girl . Both have that quality to me. And as for Sharon. I think it is hard work to be Everything a rich man wants and Never disagree . And it is a smart move. She gets money Without having to pay her dues and the guys that pick her are Gorgeous to boot. I can see it Really being work to make a plain 70 year old millionaire feel like Brad Pitt! and I am not so sure the Poor me Is an act.

Not intending to get on the "street smarts" thing...I myself am educated that way as I coudln't afford formal education. However..come on...a pole dancer to a CEO with nothing in between but 2 kids? Only in the soapy world!

I rarely watch Y&R but when I do I have to laugh at it. My mom watches it almost every day and a lot of the time I will sit with her and watch it too. So I do know a little bit about it and I do know who the people are you are talking about. I think the story about Sharon and Victor would be gross if they end up together. That would be too weird. But I don't know why he would help her so much when his son and her are no longer together, why would he put himself in the laws eyes. I don't like Sharon very much so if they end up together I won't feel sorry for her when he breaks up with her because he always ends up with Niki so it is going to happen again I am sure. littlemissy here signing off for now, talk to you soon my new friend

I know! It just looks like that is the way it is going...I don't think he even has that much passion for his own kids or Niki!!! It is just to weird. I hope they dont make it so Sharon suddenly turns out to be his long lost daughter but that couldn't be cause then she'd been married to her step brother and Noah and Faith would be.... don't know but that is gross.Surely the writers won't do that!

Yeah, that would be too gross. I don't think they would do that either. Is Sharon gone away, I haven't seen her for awhile now. I actually watched it today with my mom. Victor is so mean, he has to have something up his sleeve that he let Billy go. I don't trust him at all.

Even though Victor has been trying to use Sam to make Billy think there is something between Victoria and Sam, I think he really knows that Sam is all about Sharon. This would not be the first time that they have presented Victor with having a good side and a bad side though usually not to such extremes at the same time as now with him helping Sharon and doing what he has been doing to Billy. Many long time characters on soaps are portrayed this way, gong through phases of being good and bad.

Victor is seldom good! But guess he wouldn't be Victor if he was good...I had to laugh yesterday when he was talking to Adam about covering for Victoria and he told Adam not to be concerned how long saying not to try to cause problems between them "cause it ain't gonna happen" Victor says...The high and mighty VIctor Newman using the word "ain't" and "gonna"! Just a good little laugh there! Tired of Adam anyway!
