Arroyo Can Now Go Abroad

Today, I have read in Yahoo News that the Supreme Court of the Philippines has granted Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her husband a Temporary Restraining Order granting them to travel abroad.
Do you think it's the idea to permit Mrs. Arroyo to travel abroad?

Humanitarian reason, i think its good to let them go. For her to have her medical needs.
hopefully this is not their way to escape from all the issues they have here.
