have u ever wanted to stay up all night and about 04.00 u want to ''rest'' ur eyes for a ''second''? how do i avoid this stuff? i need much sleep or no sleep cuz i find it hard waking up.

I guess what you are trying to say is that you couldn't sleep at night and only gets sleepy around 4am, is that correct? You need to develop a healthy sleeping pattern or in the long run you might have to face other related health issues. Before you turn in, make sure the environment is calm. Listen to some soft music. A glass of warm milk would be a big help. 8 hours of sleep should be adequate for an adult. So, if you turn in early there won't be any problem rising early. Hope this helps.

i dont think that early fall asleep thing work on me. i fell asleep at 22.00 once and when i woke up at 08.00 i felt like crap. i was even more tired than ever

You got to sleep on the right time and you will wake up on the right time. Average people fall sleep between 7-8 hours. You need to find out how will you adjust the time that you need to sleep then.

I have been through this before, i stay up even until 5 am in the morning just to be able to stay on mylot, or chat in sites with friends. haha.. but i would do these during times when i have no work the next day so i would or could sleep for a long time. =)
