Baby showers

What do you think about more then one baby shower for different pregnancies?
I've had two baby showers while I was pregnant with my daughter. One was helded by my husbands step mom and she only invited my husbands dad side of the family. I didn't ask her to throw me one she did because she wanted too. With my other baby shower that one I had help with my husbands best friend. We invited all of mine, my husbands friends and family that wasn't invited to my other baby shower. Both I mostly got diapers and bottles and some clothes which was all very nice.
When I have another baby weather it's in a year or not I'll have another baby shower. If I have everything I need the I won't ask for anything other then many be diapers and just to celebrate the life of my child. I know some women ant afford to have a baby shower the first time or have anyone to throw one for then so I think it's okay to have more the one no matter how long it's been since a women's last pregnancy. To me a baby shower is a celebration of a new life beinging.

I never invited to a baby shower, nor I participate one before. So, I don't have much idea about what a baby shower suppose to be. I think just a bunch of closed friends get together and celebrate an individual got pregnant and ready for a new life that is all. I hope that is fun.

The baby shower isn't about the pregnancy it's about the baby the life of the baby an celebrating it. Most women get a baby shower by family or friends. Ita a good way for the parents to get what they need for the baby and if hey have everything then getting new clothes and diapers little things that most first time parents do not keep . It's a fun time for the parents to relax talk and visit before the baby comes cause the baby is born you are always busy with the baby for a while.
