earworms after listen to popular song in radio

That was always happened beyond my consciousness,although I am not aware about the musician but still can't get this song out my head,it's like a earworm. Like nowadays, I notice selena gomez song with th lyrics..I loved you like a lovesong baby..sounds bee bee bee always repeating in my ear,although I am no longer listen to radio.It's always keep on my head..I think this somewhat good therapy if we can using it for our relaxation and stress relieve from our problem in bour real life..How about you? Have you ever experienced this kind of earworm..How you usually handle this phenomenon?I usually leave like that until the next song come in or just turn my favorite songto get rid off this ear worm.

I find that I can't listen to the radio most days. The music is so awful now days.
I think I have gotten a bit lucky because my parents do have satellite radio in both of the cars, so I can pick a station that only plays one genre or style, so I don't have to change it as often.
I don't know if I would call it good therapy. I'm normally very annoyed when I get catchy songs stuck in my head off the radio.
