My Ears hurt from Earphones, phones etc is it normal?

My ears hurt whenever I'm on the phone or when I have my earphones in to listen to music and using headphones to voice chat. Any amount of time on the device. Also I keep the earphones/headphones on the lowest volume but it is the same. I think my hearing is quite good but anyone else has the same problem or know the cause?

Maybe you need to see a doctor about it- it is quite normal if you use earphones for a few hours already without a break even with the low volume... Maybe you should give your ears a rest first and don't use it for over than 30 minutes..
