He is one of the best coach in our country..no doubt..
he is talented for becoming a next coach for senior national team i think..
he knows exactly about his player character and he can change easily the tactics based on the opponent and his player condition..
but he always make his team balance..very simple but very effective i think..
i see in match against Vietnam, there are word in stadium said like this
We are proud of you, RD..
i think this is our heart words that as fans, we are really proud of you, RD
give us gold medal and make us better and stronger than our opponent in level of south east asia

Well, yes I agree with you that RD may the best local coach nowadays. He had proved himself able to unite all players from all over Indonesia, even papua's player who usually has disciplinary problem honor him just like their father.
